Instructions
- Heat olive oil in your BTT non-toxic pan over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp
- Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to coat
- Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately

One-Pan Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in BTT skillet over medium-high heat
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to pan
- Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden
- Add broccoli and garlic to the pan
- Cook for 10 more minutes until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through
- Serve with rice or quinoa

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

- Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in your lightweight BTT aluminum pan over medium heat
- Add Brussels sprouts cut-side down

- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Heat butter in your BTT non-toxic pan over low-medium heat
- Crack eggs gently into the pan
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny
- Toast bread alongside in the pan if space allows
- Season eggs with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs
- Serve immediately with toast

Spicy Korean Chicken Sando

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, butterflied
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Burger buns
- Coleslaw or pickles
- Mayo
Instructions
- Mix gochujang and honey to make the sauce
- Coat chicken breasts with sauce
- Heat BTT modular pan over medium-high heat
- Pan-sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through
- Toast buns in the same pan
- Assemble sandwich with mayo, chicken, and coleslaw
- Serve hot

Ratatouille Orzo

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Fresh basil and herbs
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in your stackable BTT pot
- Add zucchini and tomatoes, sauté for 3 minutes
- Add orzo and vegetable broth
- Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender
- Stir in fresh herbs and serve

Apple Cider Braised Pork

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops, bone-in
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Heat butter in BTT pan with even heat distribution
- Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side until golden
- Remove pork, add onions and sauté until soft
- Add apple cider and thyme, bring to simmer
- Return pork to pan, cook 15 minutes until tender
- Serve with sauce spooned over top
