Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in your BTT non-toxic pan over medium heat
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to coat
  5. Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in BTT skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to pan
  3. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden
  4. Add broccoli and garlic to the pan
  5. Cook for 10 more minutes until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through
  6. Serve with rice or quinoa

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, butterflied
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Mayo

Instructions

  1. Mix gochujang and honey to make the sauce
  2. Coat chicken breasts with sauce
  3. Heat BTT modular pan over medium-high heat
  4. Pan-sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through
  5. Toast buns in the same pan
  6. Assemble sandwich with mayo, chicken, and coleslaw
  7. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in your stackable BTT pot
  2. Add zucchini and tomatoes, sauté for 3 minutes
  3. Add orzo and vegetable broth
  4. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops, bone-in
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  2. Heat butter in BTT pan with even heat distribution
  3. Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side until golden
  4. Remove pork, add onions and sauté until soft
  5. Add apple cider and thyme, bring to simmer
  6. Return pork to pan, cook 15 minutes until tender
  7. Serve with sauce spooned over top
