30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging, with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@bythetable.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending back your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@bythetable.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed with the new purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Depends on the bank, it may takes up to 10- 15 business day for refunds to show on your bank statement.
